Signal Group Expands with New Vice President of Operations

July 24, 2024 – Signal Group, a leading integrated, newly-independent public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., today announced the hiring of Erika Bellido-Jin to join the firm’s Executive team and lead business operations for the growing firm. The firm also announced the promotions of two staffers – Madeleine Russak to Senior Vice President and Jackson Parker to Senior Associate.

Her role includes streamlining our operational efficiency and making investments in our people to reflect a modern approach to public affairs,” said Chelsea Koski, President of Signal Group. “We are also pleased to see Madeleine and Jackson promoted, who have both contributed to the success of our clients across a variety of sectors.” 
 
Erika arrives at Signal with over 10 years of experience specializing in business process improvement, internal digital transformation, change management, staff training, onboarding, and revenue management in the professional services industry. Her career has been dedicated to partnering with executives, senior leadership, and subject matter experts across an organization to align business objectives with enhanced operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Additional details on two promoted staff members are below: 

  • Madeleine Russak is promoted to Senior Vice President. At Signal, Madeleine oversees communications strategy for a broad portfolio of Tribal, healthcare, and veterans’ affairs clients. Prior to joining Signal, Madeleine served as the Communications Director for U.S. Senator Mazie Hirono. 
  • Jackson Parker is promoted to Senior Associate. At Signal, Jackson supports several clients in renewable energy, international relations, veterans’ affairs, and more.  

This March, Signal announced its full independence amid record growth and an increasingly diverse portfolio of clients.
