Signal Group, a leading integrated public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., today announced its full independence amid record growth and an increasingly diverse portfolio of clients.

Washington, D.C., March 13, 2024 – Signal Group, a leading integrated public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., today announced its full independence amid record growth and an increasingly diverse portfolio of clients. The firm, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wiley Rein LLP (Wiley) since 2014, is now wholly owned by Signal Management Committee member Blake Androff, who will serve as chief executive officer.
 
Androff tapped long-time Signal leader Chelsea Koski to serve as the firm’s President and oversee its day-to-day operations and Robert Bole to serve in a newly created position as Head of Innovation and Strategy. Both previously served on the firm’s Management Committee.
 
Androff’s purchase of Signal reflects the firm’s motivation to serve clients most effectively in a rapidly changing economy and public affairs landscape.

Androff’s deal for Signal’s 100% independence was formally completed with the strong and enthusiastic support of Wiley.
