Chelsea is the ultimate problem-solver. Over the past 15 years, she has worked across multiple highly regulated industries to develop innovative communications strategies that drive action among policymakers, thought leaders, and the media. As a Managing Director, she focuses on integrated strategic communications, alliance development, and public affairs positioning, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Prior to Signal, Chelsea served in senior roles at Qorvis Communications where she spearheaded communication and issue-advocacy campaigns. She was recognized as a “Top Women in PR” in 2020 by PRNews. Chelsea earned her B.A. from The George Washington University.
