Signal Group Welcomes New Senior Vice President Amidst Record 2024 Growth

Firm also announces a new paid media associate to bolster its integrated offerings

Washington, D.C., December 6, 2024 – Signal Group, a leading integrated, newly-independent public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., today announced the hiring of Megan Daly as a new Senior Vice President. Megan brings two decades of experience as a leading public affairs director across commercial and government entities. The firm also announced the hiring of Lindsey Rickard who will support Signal’s paid media team as an associate.

“I am thrilled to join Signal Group at such an exciting time for the firm,” said Megan Daly, Senior Vice President. “Signal’s dynamic approach to public affairs and its commitment to impactful, integrated solutions align perfectly with my passion for helping organizations navigate complex challenges. I look forward to contributing to our team’s success and delivering meaningful results for our clients during a critical time for so many industries and organizations.”

Beginning her career as a news reporter, Megan has led communications and crisis initiatives for Fortune 500 companies at several prominent public relations agencies nationwide. Megan has supplemented this agency experience with additional in-house roles, including leading communications and press work for the NYC Department of Health, NYC Council, United Sikhs, and Harvard University’s FXB Center for Health & Human Rights. Megan will be based out of Chicago, adding to Signal’s presence in Oregon, New York City, and Atlanta outside of its main Washington, D.C. office.

“As the media landscape and DC policy environment continue to evolve, Megan will play a pivotal role in ensuring Signal’s clients thrive amid navigating these opportunities and challenges,” said Chelsea Koski, President of Signal Group. “Megan’s multi-faceted experience as a news reporter, agency director, and in-house public affairs leader will prove immensely valuable to Signal and our clients, and we’re so excited to welcome her to our growing firm.”

As Signal announced its full independence this March, the hiring of Megan, Lindsey, and others throughout this Fall reflect the firm’s commitment to forward-looking, uniquely experienced personnel. These new additions come as the balance of power and ways Americans receive their information rapidly evolves—and Signal’s strategy and solutions adapts to reflect this change.
