Will manages clients’ social media strategies, digital messaging, online presence, and communications strategies to achieve their public affairs goals in Washington and beyond.
Prior to joining Signal, Will worked for the U.S. Census Bureau and has a Bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from the University of Delaware.
