With a background in strategic communications, sustainability, and health policy, Mia supports Signal’s agriculture and healthcare accounts as a Communications Associate.
Mia brings a global and interdisciplinary perspective to her work, shaped by past communications internships at the World Resources Institute and the American Council on Renewable Energy. In summer 2024, she also interned in Japan at Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Agriculture, working on a USAID project across Southeast Asia. Mia is excited to further expand her knowledge in the healthcare and public affairs sectors during her time at Signal!
Mia graduated from The George Washington University in 2025 with a B.A. in International Affairs and minors in Communication and Sustainability. She grew up in the Appalachian foothills of Chattanooga, TN, where she developed a love for the outdoors and practicing yoga.
