Kevin also played a critical role in Latino community engagement for National Security Leaders for Biden during the 2020 election and led media relations for the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) during the 2020 Census, navigating the complexities of a global pandemic and political barriers to ensure robust participation.

His expertise lies in strategic communications, media relations, and engaging key audiences, offering clients a powerful combination of message development, media strategy, and policy insight to achieve their objectives.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Whittier College.
