    Experience

As Manager of Outdoors Communications and Public Affairs, Grace brings a deep and diverse background spanning federal government, political campaigns, and climate policy. Her work is driven by a mission to build bridges between communities and foster collective power and progress. She is especially passionate about transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling stories—crafting narratives that resonate, inspire, and connect, always guided by a spirit of joy and humor.

Before joining Signal, Grace served as a speechwriter for the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and previously led public engagement efforts and advised senior leadership at EPA. Her public service began at the White House, where she worked on the climate and environment teams and served on both the White House Gender Policy Council and the White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI).

Grace’s career began in grassroots organizing, including work on multiple presidential campaigns, where she developed the grit, creativity, and people-first perspective that continue to shape her approach today.

Originally from upstate New York, she earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University while also studying as a non-degree student at Gallaudet University. Outside of work, Grace enjoys playing tennis, walking her rescue chihuahua-poodle-pug mix, and scouting out the best ice cream spots in D.C.
