Proud to be from the Pacific Northwest, Ginger worked at the county level to implement groundbreaking policies focused on tribal relations, municipal behavioral health, and veterans' affairs while managing community engagement. At a previous firm, she collaborated with the European Union’s delegation in the U.S., strengthening diplomatic ties through stakeholder outreach and high-profile event planning. After graduating from American University, Ginger joined Putnam Partners, working under one of the country's top political ad makers, contributing to national and statewide campaigns.
Additionally, Ginger contributed as an associate producer to the documentary Shattered: How Women Broke the Glass Ceiling in Oregon Politics. The throughline in Ginger's work is her fascination with storytelling, a passion she continues to utilize at Signal.
