    As a Healthcare Associate at Signal, Catherine brings expertise in project management, strategic communications, and evaluation to support clients across the healthcare and global health sectors. Her experience spans academic, nonprofit, and international settings, where she applied mixed-methods research and cross-sector collaboration to support evidence-based public health programs. Catherine’s work has informed strategic service delivery, health campaigns, and policy changes.

    Before joining Signal, Catherine was the Principal Investigator for a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration grant project focused on road safety and injury prevention among college students. She also contributed to research and program evaluation for organizations addressing HIV and gender-based violence in East Africa, translating complex public health evidence into actionable insights that inform strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation.

    Across roles, Catherine leverages data and effective storytelling to help organizations communicate impact and improve health outcomes. Catherine earned both her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, where she specialized in Global Health Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation. She is passionate about advancing health equity through data-driven programming, strategic communications, and global collaboration.
