Firm names Androff to Management Committee and promotes an additional four team members

October 19, 2022 – Signal Group, a leading Washington, D.C. public affairs firm, today named Managing Director Blake Androff as Chair, Public Affairs. Androff also joins Signal’s Management Committee overseeing its growing Modern Public Affairs practice. Other promotions include:

  • Kathleen Van De Wille to Vice President
  • Julian Graham to Senior Manager
  • Mary Taylor to Senior Manager
  • Diana Rahmani to Manager

Blake Androff brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of press, policy, and politics. He has provided strategic guidance for the Speaker of the House, two Cabinet Secretaries, and two Congressional Committees. Blake helps clients navigate Washington, D.C.’s ever-changing political landscape while delivering results using innovative and evolving solutions.

Kathleen Van De Wille is promoted to Vice President. At Signal, Kathleen actively supports a broad portfolio of clients in the health care industry, the transportation sector, the non-profit world, and beyond.
 
Julian Graham is promoted to Senior Manager. At Signal, Julian provides strategic communications and crisis guidance to a wide variety of government and corporate clients.
 
Mary Taylor is promoted to Senior Manager. At Signal, Mary helps lead the defense-oriented government relations team to execute clients’ national security, intelligence, and cybersecurity priorities.
 
Diana Rahmani is promoted to Manager. At Signal, Diana develops modern digital solutions and Signal 500 deployment to various trade association, corporate, and government clients.
