Signal Group Grows 2024 Roster with Key Hirings and Promotions

Firm brings on a new Senior Vice President along with seven promotions
 
Washington, D.C., November 14, 2024 – Signal Group, a leading integrated, newly-independent public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., today announced several new hires and promotions to reflect the firm’s record growth in 2024, an expanding client-base, and a commitment to advancing talent from within. New hires include Kevin Pérez-Allen, Senior Vice President; Adiya Perkinson, Creative Content Manager; and Antonio Mosquera, Operations Associate.
 
Signal’s seven promotions highlight the firm’s commitment to fostering employee growth and promoting internal leadership development. These promotions include:
 
• Katie Quinn is promoted to Director, Project Management
• Alexa Velickovich is promoted to Senior Manager
• Ari Neugeboren is promoted to Senior Manager
• Will Burdulis is promoted to Senior Manager
• Luke Pineda is promoted to Senior Associate
• Zach Shapiro is promoted to Senior Associate
• Kira Silbergeld is promoted to Senior Associate

On the new hiring front, Kevin Perez-Allen arrives at Signal with 17+ years of communications experience across campaigns, issue-based advocacy groups, agencies, and large-scale public projects, where he has led media relations campaigns, including in new media, across both English and Spanish-language channels around the country. In addition, Adiya Perkinson joins Signal following several roles overseeing social media campaigns and creative projects for government agencies and businesses. Antonio Mosquera will bolster Signal’s operations capabilities, including events across Washington, D.C. for clients.
