Josie Feron joins Signal after seven years at the House of Representatives—with five as a Communications Director—and adds to the firm’s list of House and Senate alums
Washington, D.C., October 14, 2026 – Signal Group, an integrated, independent public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., today announced the hiring of Josie Feron as Director. Josie was most recently the Communications Director for the Office of Congresswoman Deborah Ross (NC-02) and previously worked for Rep. Jamie Raskin (MD-08). Signal also announced the hiring of Catherine Delgado, MPH, as an Associate, who joins the firm after graduation from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.
Signal’s addition of Josie as a Director adds to the firm’s robust pipeline of former Senior Capitol Hill staff—across both the House and Senate. Signal recently announced Sarah Feldman as a Senior Vice President, who served as Communications Director for Sens. Tester and McCaskill, adding to the firm’s nearly a dozen Hill alums on its staff.
“We’re very excited to welcome Josie to Signal, whose media savvy and nearly a decade of growing the ranks on Capitol Hill has already proven to be an asset for our clients,” said Chelsea Koski, President of Signal Group. “Signal continues to prioritize adding former Hill staffers and Administration officials to our talented team, as well as subject matter experts like Catherine, whose deep public health expertise will help our clients navigate an increasingly complex health policy environment.”
