Erika Bellido-Jin Vice President of Operations

Erika Bellido-Jin is a seasoned business operations expert with over 10 years of experience specializing in business process improvement, internal digital transformation, change management, staff training, onboarding, and revenue management in the professional services industry. Her career has been dedicated to partnering with executives, senior leadership, and subject matter experts across an organization to align business objectives with enhanced operational efficiency and employee engagement. 

Erika takes an empathetic and flexible approach to operations – meeting people where they are and adapting to business needs. Trust and transparency are the core values Erika upholds to achieve the highest level of success across her business operations career. 

In Erika’s recent role as Director of Operations at Sullivan, she was responsible for the digital transformation of Human Resources, optimized their project management and resourcing platform, and lead the migration from Google Drive to Microsoft SharePoint.  

Prior to Sullivan, Erika has held business operations roles that focused on team staffing and capacity, project health and profitability reviews, Operations team building, and facilitating the end to end process of projects’ lifecycle.  

As the Vice President of Operations at Signal Group, Erika is evaluating business procedures and health, implementing new policies, and ensuring there is a cohesive workflow between operations, technology, finance, and client services. 

When Erika is not working, she’s enjoying time with her family and exploring their new town of Manassas, VA.
