Shane McCarthy is a Manager with the Signal Group, working to help clients develop and implement communications strategies and forward-thinking public policy solutions. He has gained extensive experience in the fields of international affairs, civic education, government relations, and strategic advocacy. Previously, his work has included policy research on behalf of a broad array of organizations and advocacy groups, developing campaign and communications strategies to influence policy decisions in Washington, DC and around the United States.
Shane received an M.P.P. from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
