From a coup d’état to messaging sensitive policy issues coming out of the White House that impacts a company’s bottom line, Mark has helped sovereign nations and some of the world’s most established brands achieve major wins.

Prior to joining Signal, Mark served as a senior account manager for the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China at MSL Group. As a political advisor to Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, now the U.K. Prime Minister’s trade envoy to Iraq, Mark provided political counsel and managed business development projects to enhance trade into the Middle East. In 2008, Mark helped manage the Irish American Presidential Forum for U.S. Senator John McCain (R-AZ).

Mark holds a BA in History and Politics and an MBA from University College Dublin. Mark also holds a Master’s in Political Management from The George Washington University in Washington D.C.
