Layna joined Signal in May 2025 as an Analytics Associate after completing two internship cycles with the firm. In her role, she leverages data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize digital campaigns across paid and earned media channels. Her work spans the various industries Signal serves, including healthcare, Tribal affairs, and Signal Outdoors.
Before joining Signal full-time, Layna spent several years helping local businesses build their digital presence, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, visual design, and brand development. She earned her B.A. in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
