With over a decade of experience in operations, Emily oversees daily business operations with a focus on maximizing efficiencies. She manages everything from HR and talent to contracts and firm resources. Working closely with the operations team and management, Emily creates and evolves Signal’s policies and processes to help us achieve our strategic goals.
Prior to joining Signal in 2013, Emily’s career began on Capitol Hill where she served as Legislative Correspondent for Senator Frank R. Lautenberg from her home state of New Jersey. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she studied Government and Politics. She resides in Virginia with her husband and pup.
