For more than five years, Alicia has provided leadership, strategic insight, and tactical skill for countless national and international communications campaigns. Alicia’s expertise is in managing and implementing national healthcare campaigns that target and serve various populations, especially those underserved and at high risk for current or emerging public health issues. Her work ranges from and has served, more than 60 million people with asthma and allergies, Black Americans who are disproportionately impacted by HIV, people living with hearing loss, and so many more.

Alicia held multiple roles at IQ Solutions, a healthcare marketing, and IT firm, and at Golin, an international communications firm, where she worked with a notable list of corporations, nonprofits, and government organizations that include the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), National Institute for Drug Abuse (NIDA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Sodexo, Tobacco Free Florida and the DC Health Exchange, among others.

Prior to joining Signal, Alicia served as Program Manager for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America’s Certification Program. There, she worked with manufacturing lions like Dyson, LG Electronics, 3M, and Benjamin Moore to maximize their involvement in the program and reposition the companies as health and wellness thought leaders. Alicia earned her BS in Public Relations and a Minor in Communications from West Virginia University.
