She leads media relations, research, and content production to support campaigns across all channels in a variety of U.S. and international markets. Aisha is especially adept at developing communications and targeting diverse audiences, whether they are small-scale cocoa farmers in West Africa or ESG investors in Berkeley.

She has spent the last five years executing research-led plans for advocacy campaigns, nonprofits, and political clients. Before joining Signal, she worked for Friends of the Earth, managing strategic media efforts, coordinating messaging on legislative issues, and performing day-to-day communications activities.

Her international experience includes working as a campaign communications coordinator on the 2017 Liberian presidential campaign for former Coca-Cola Global CAO Mr. Alexander B. Cummings. She later focused on international development and agriculture as a consultant with Adam Smith International, developing communications strategies for the agri-business and investment advisory program, partner businesses, and their sector interventions. She began her career in public relations as an intern at Global Strategy Group in DC.

Born in Liberia and raised in Baltimore, Aisha earned her Master’s Degree in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London in Paris and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Marymount University. When not crafting innovative communications programs, she loves writing fiction, catching local jazz shows, and volunteering with at-risk girls in Liberia.
